Flint Systems delivered two forklift simulators to its clients in December 2024. The recipients were two renowned educational institutions: the Economic and Trade School Complex in Olsztyn (06.12.2024) and the Stanisław Konarski Technical School in Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą, part of the Vocational Training Center in Kielce (17.12.2024). In both cases, the deliveries were successfully completed within four weeks of signing the contract.
The modern simulators used for forklift operator training consist of both hardware components and software, accurately replicating an 8-ton diesel-powered forklift available on the market. Thanks to realistic features and training scenarios, students have the opportunity to safely develop their skills in a virtual environment. Moreover, the simulator’s universal platform design allows the installation of other machines in the future.
Key features of the simulator:
- Ability to create realistic training scenarios
- Loading and unloading heavy goods onto shelves
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operations on a loading ramp Terrain obstacles (puddles, tools, signage)
- Moving obstacles (people, other machines)
- Response to unforeseen situations, such as falling loads
- Variable weather conditions and times of day
Thanks to these simulators, young people can gain practical experience in operating forklifts without exposing themselves to danger, significantly improving the safety and effectiveness of vocational training.
“We are very pleased that schools are eager to choose our simulators. This year, we also delivered one to a school in Ostróda. This is proof to us that we are creating solutions tailored to educational needs, and that educational institutions are embracing new technologies and actively implementing them as modern teaching tools,” said Grzegorz Szatkowski, Vice President of Flint Systems.
