In accordance with  the ACER decision of 6 August 2019 on the selection of a platform for capacity booking at the border between Poland and Germany, the platform to be used for the allocation of at Mallnow and GCP GAZ-SYSTEM/ ONTRAS for the next three years, shall be the RBP ("Regional Booking Platform").

As of 6 July 2020, capacity bookings for the primary and secondary market at interconnection points Mallnow and GCP GAZ-SYSTEM/ ONTRAS shall be made via the Regional Booking Platform (RBP). The first capacity auction via RBP will start on 6 July 2020 at 9.00 am (CET). The subject of the auction will be firm capacities offered as yearly products over subsequent gas years. Auctions for short-term products will also take place on 6 July 2020. Other auctions will be held in accordance with the ENTSOG Auctions Calendar, available on RBP.

As already announced the precondition for participation in auctions organised via the Regional Booking Platform (RBP) is signing an agreement with RBP and obtaining an appropriate electronic certificate. Market participants interested in allocating capacities at interconnection points on the Polish – German border are encouraged to review presentation with instructions on the RBP registration process as well as the terms and conditions of participation in auctions and use of the platform functionality. During the registration stage as well as during participation in auctions of products offered by GAZ-SYSTEM and GAZ-SYSTEM ISO, market participants will offered technical support by the RBP operator as well as the Customer Service Team GAZ-SYSTEM .
