The building will combine the functional and utility properties of an office, workshop and warehouse as well as a social and administrative building, including a conference room and an archive. The cost of this investment is PLN 16 million, and its completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.

media reports and information provided by the Maritime Office in
Gdynia, the new building will be located at ul. Chrzanowskiego 10 in

- A new
office, workshop and warehouse building will be built in the
immediate vicinity of the actual headquarters of the Maritime Office
in Gdynia. This will allow for additional office space and new

be liquidated when the so-called Nowa Węglowa street will be built -
reported Magdalena Kierzkowska, press spokesman for the Maritime
Office in Gdynia.

end with its construction, however, and it will be a part of a larger
investment called: "Construction of transport base facilities".
As part of
this project, a garage building, a car wash, sheds for scrap and
unnecessary materials, a warehouse for storing fuels, paints and
lubricants, sheds for technical gases, technical infrastructure to
the extent necessary for the functioning of the facilities will be
built.
- Until today,
works related to the construction of displacement piles for the
future office, workshop and warehouse building on the previously
prepared working platform have been completed. The next stage of the
investment implementation is the construction of the foundation slab
and the building - added the spokesman.
The building
will combine the functional and utility properties of an office,
workshop and warehouse building as well as a social and
administrative building, including a conference room and an archive.
A "green roof" will be created above the ground floor of
the building as an attractive and ecologically beneficial covering.
The planned
completion date is the fourth quarter of 2024. The estimated cost of
the investment will amount to approximately PLN 16 million.
Tender
documentation (in the "design and build" formula) is under
